Grief Counselling
Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something that is important to you. Grief can be experienced through a variety of emotions such as sadness, loneliness, anger, or guilt. You may be grieving if you’ve lost a loved one, had a relationship end, lost a job, or made a significant change in your life. Counselling can help you if you are having difficulty accepting the loss, and/or experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Feelings of depression
- Thoughts that life isn’t worth living
- Feelings of hopelessness
- Any inability to stop blaming yourself
- Changes in your physical health and/or ability to complete daily activities
